Featuring a splash, dust, and freezeproof construction, the Olympus STF-8 Macro Flash offers shooters a completely weatherproof macro flash option. Design with full TTL support for Olympus cameras, this twin flash will help users more easily illuminate their close-up subjects.

In addition, photographers can adjust ratios to control the scene’s contrast and regulate the amount of light emitted from each side. The flash unit incorporates flash heads that emit ample light, including a twin flash with a guide number of 8.5 m at ISO 100 and a single head with a guide number of 6 m at ISO 100. Moreover, it can cover a 12mm lens on a Micro Four Thirds format camera, and each flash head offers tilt functionality from -40 to 60°.

Photographers will find numerous features and settings on the Olympus STF-8, an advanced flash unit, that can be of great assistance. Shooters can use the STF-8 as a wireless master TTL flash to control up to 4 groups of flashes set up off-camera.

Also, the unit supports focus stacking and bracketing functions of select OM-D cameras. It requires 4 AA batteries to operate, and the two included ring adapters enable attachment to select Olympus lenses.
