Can I get the same price in the store as online?

No. Although it will be the store managers decision to match the price or not, although the physical store is in Australia and the products come with Australian warranties the website updating is performed by outsourcing to the Philippines and Russia reducing our costs enabling the website to provide cheaper pricing.

Can I use direct deposit?

YES. Just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.

Can I have my camera delivered or can I pick it up?

YES. Either you can choose to pick it up or we deliver anywhere in Australia.

How much will delivery cost me?

Our flat rate of $17.99 covers most packages up to about “shoe box” size and larger sizes to local areas. We reserve the right to charge more for bulky items, goods requiring extra insurance or for some remote deliveries.

Are my goods insured?

YES. Your order is fully insured against loss or damage.
